Day 1 NJP / Bagdogra to Darjeeling (4 Hrs Approx):-

As you begin with your majestic journey, you will first arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. To Guide your excitement our representative will be waiting for your warm welcome at the airport or NJP who will further arrange your transfer to enchanting Darjeeling, which is 2042 m above theSea Level. Enroute have a glimpse of kurseong valley. Check-in to your hotel and stay at your leisure.

Evening time enjoy the Mall, The Chowrasta or the Mall is the heart of Darjeeling town. Located on top of Nehru Road, this is a nice flat land where tourists and locals come to lounge in the sun, take a seat on one of the many benches along the periphery, and watch the wonderful views of the mountain peaks and valleys all around. Mall is like the town center or the social center of Darjeeling. This is where some of the old and heritage stores are lined up, like ,Nathmulls Tea Store & Sunset Lounge, Oxford Book Store, Golden Tips, Bhutia Market, Some Boutique & Handicraft Stores etc.

Day 2 Darjeeling Local Sightseeing:-

Early morning visit TIGER HILL for the breathtaking view of “Sun rise” at KANCHENJUNGA, a lifetime experience to see “Golden Kanchenjunga” turning into “Red” and slowly into “Snow white” .Back to your hotel and have your delicious breakfast. We will now start for all local sightseeing places, like –

Batasia Loop-If you are taking a toy train ride from Darjeeling, you will pass by this magnificent loop. Otherwise, take a cab from Darjeeling town and visit the Batasia Loop. There is no better place to get a 360 degree view of Darjeeling's landscape including the hill town and the snow covered peaks of the Eastern Himalayas with the majestic Kanchenjunga on one side. And all this from the middle of a lovely flowering garden around which the toy train track is laid.

Tea Plantation - Tea plantations are little more than just a piece of terrace farming.

They are emerging as a new element of tourism, which is now called as tea tourism. Darjeeling is called as the Mecca of Tea. Darjeeling has more than 80 plantations scaling thousands of acres of lands along the slopes. You can find high grade first flush tea to exotic flavored teas here.

Ghoom Monastery-OldGhoomMonasteryisthepopularnameofYigaChoeling.The monastery belongs to the Gelukpa or the Yellow Hat sect and is known for its 15 feet- high statue of the Maitreya Buddha

Rock Garden - The Rock Garden at Chunnu Summer Falls and Ganga Maya Park are recently added tourist attractions in the hilly town of Darjeeling in the state of West Bengal, India. It is a showpiece meant to lure people to Darjeeling after political agitations disrupted tourism in the 1980s.

Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park -Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park is a 67.56-acre zoo in the town of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal. The zoo was opened in 1958, and an average elevation of 7,000 feet, is the largest high altitude zoo in India.

Day 3 Darjeeling to Kalimpong (3 Hrs Approx)

After your breakfast; check-out your hotel and transfer to Kalimpong, Kalimpong is an east Indian hill town in the Himalayan foothills of West Bengal. Perched on a ridge above the Teesta River, it’s home to colonial-era buildings like MacFarlane Memorial Church, named after a Scottish missionary. South, the hilltop Durpin Monastery, or Zang Dhok Palri Phodang, contains sacred Buddhist scriptures. Deolo Park has landscaped gardens and offers views of the town and surrounding hills.

After arrival check into your hotel & freshen up & proceed for sightseeing like:
• Delo Park:  Delo Hill is one of the two hills that the town of Kalimpong stands between. Kalimpong is situated on a ridge connecting the two hills,Durpin and Delo. The hill is 1,704 metres above msl and is the highest point of Kalimpong town.
• Durpin Monestry: Durpin Monastery is located at Durpin Dara Hill at Kalimpong town. Durpin Monastery is impressive religious point and the view from it is magnificent. In Monastery you will find Prayer rooms, meditation hall and pure calm atmosphere.
• Phodong Monestry: Sangchen Dorjee Monastery is a Bhutanese monastery located in the resort town of Pedong in West Bengal. Popularly known as Pedong Monastery, it is one of the oldest monasteries in Kalimpong district and among the popular Pedong Tourist Places.
Established around the early 1700 AD, Sangchen Dorjee Monastery was built during the Bhutanese rule. This Monastery provides an insight into the history and culture of Pedong and its surrounding areas. The valuables of Damsang Fort were placed in this monastery after the fort was destroyed in 1864 CE during the Anglo-Bhutanese war.
The architecture of the Pedong Monastery is really appreciable. It has fresco paintings on the inner walls of the main chamber depicting Tantric Buddhism. Another major attraction of the monastery is the mummified body of the last Shabdrung Rinpoche, most revered Bhutanese priest. This place has become an important pilgrimage for the Bhutanese and other followers of the Drukpa Khargu tradition of Buddhism. The Cham dance or the Mask Dance is held here every year in the month of April-May.

Day 4 Kalimpong to Gangtok (3 Hrs Approx)

After your morning breakfast you will proceed for Gangtok, check-in to your hotel at Gangtok, Freshen up & walk down to MG Marg, The Hub of Gangtok.

Gangtok:- Gangtok is the capital of the mountainous northern Indian state of Sikkim. Established as a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the 1840s, the city became capital of an independent monarchy after British rule ended, but joined India in 1975. Today, it remains a Tibetan Buddhist center and a base for hikers organizing permits and transport for treks through Sikkim’s Himalayan mountain ranges.

Evening time you will visit the famous MG ROAD (The Mall) and enjoy shopping. MG Road is the heart of Gangtok and its most happening place. It is the central shopping hub of this beautiful state capital with various shops, restaurants, and hotels lined up along both sides. MG Road is an open mall or boulevard square which is widely regarded to be the town centre and is the best shopping destination for tourists. This is a great place to take a leisurely stroll or just sit on the benches and revel in the eclectic ambience.

Day 5 Gangtok Local Sightseeing

After your morning breakfast proceed for full day local sightseeing  of Gangtok like:-

Banjhakri Falls - The Banjhakri Falls and Energy Park is a recreation centre and tourist attraction near Gangtok, in the state of Sikkim, India. The park's statuary and other

displays document the Banjhakri, or traditional shamanic healer who worships spirits living in caves around the falls

Tashi View Point - It's located inTashi and about 8 kms from the Gangtok town. It offers a sweeping view of Kanchenjunga snow peaks on a clear day. In fact the view of sunrise from here is unforgettable; you will see the peaks dazzling with changing colors. But for that you must reach the point before 5am.

Hanuman Tok - Hanuman Tok is a Hindu temple complex which is located in the upper reaches of Gangtok, the capital of the Indian state of Sikkim. The temple is dedicated to lord Hanuman, and maintained by the Indian army.

Ganesh Tok - Close to Tashi View point is Ganesh Tok, a temple of Lord Ganesha. It's located at an altitude of 6,500 ft and at a hill adjacent to that of the huge TV Tower. Like Hanuman Tok, tourists come here not only to offer prayers to Ganesha, but also to soak in the views from the viewing lounge and the circular balcony around it.

Enchey Monestry - The Enchey Monastery was established in 1909 above Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim in the Northeastern Indian state. It belongs to the Nyingma order of Vajrayana Buddhism. The monastery built around the then small hamlet of Gangtok became a religious centre.

Gangtok Mountain Zoo - Himalayan Zoological Park is certainly a place for wildlife lovers in Sikkim. The Park has been established, to preserve the wildlife, without disturbing the creatures and keeping them in their natural habitat. Located in Bulbuley, Himalayan Zoological Park is at a distance of 3 km from Gangtok. At an altitude of 1,780 mtrs, the Zoological Park also tenders a splendid view of Mt. Khangchendzonga

Day 6 Departure to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station:-

After breakfast in your hotel, check-out from your hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport/NGP Station for onward journey with pleasant memories of North East and the warmth of our hospitality in your heart.

If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
No cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
30 Days or more before departure: 25% of the Total Cost.
30-15 Days Before departure: 50% of the Total Cost.
15-7 Days before departure 75% of the Total Cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the Total Cost.
